New Subscription

We are getting the following error when trying to create a new subscription:
An internal error occurred on the report server. See the error log for more
details.
(rsInternalError) Get Online Help EXECUTE permission denied on object
'xp_sqlagent_is_starting', database 'master', owner 'dbo'.
I can't seem to find what's causing it.
Help'I'm having the same problem...any resolution to this?
